Your registration includes the following official IFCON 2018 events:

Early Arrival Party on Thursday
Welcome Reception on Friday
Wet’nWild (Entrance, Parking or Bus Transportation, and Dinner)
Dinner Banquet, Entertainment & Dance on Sunday
Farewell Brunch on Monday
Access to Hospitality Suite, Meetup Room, and Sponsored Activities during the conference

Cancellation/Refund & Transfer Policy​

50% Refund if cancelled by June 30, 2018
No Cancellations or Refunds issued after July 1, 2018
 

Individuals may transfer their own Registration to another individual at any time prior to August 15, 2018. It is the responsibility of the Seller to notify us when the transfer is mutually agreed upon. Please send us the new owner's contact information in order for us to update the registration in our records.  This is important to ensure entrance into all sponsored events.

Waiver
Registration confirmation and any other correspondence will be sent to the E-Mail address noted on the Registration Form. By registering, I hereby assume all risks and shall be solely responsible, legally and financially, in regards to the IFCON 2018. I further agree to hold IFCON 2018, IFCON -PS, the International Friendship Alliance (IFA) and associated groups harmless from all expenses, damages, costs, and claims of any nature that I may suffer as a result of, or in connection with, the named event. Therefore, I relieve and release IFCON 2018, IFCON -PS, IFA, and associated groups, from any and all liability, and acknowledge that IFCON 2018, IFCON -PS, IFA, and associated groups have no responsibility to monitor and/or see to my well-being.

IFCON 2018 Registration is $290 (USD) per person. ($310 after March 31. 2018)
