Credit and Cancellation Process for IDMA 2020 Conference Registrations

We are offering all paid IDMA 2020 registrants the choice between receiving a full refund or transferring their registration fee towards either a rescheduled IDMA 2020 (October 4-6, Philadelphia, PA) or for IDMA 2021 (April 25–27, Orlando, Florida). Please note that if you select the transfer option to the rescheduled IDMA 2020 and cannot make it, IDMA will provide you a full refund or you can still apply your credit towards IDMA 2021.

We will also be canceling the current hotel rooms booked in our IDMA group block at the DoubleTree Philadelphia Center City Hotel. Please let us know by noon on Friday, March 20, if you’d like to keep your room. All attendees are responsible for canceling all other travel arrangements.
