* 3. The theme of The 2017 conference will be The Power Of One. When describing your intended presentation, please consider this theme. The theme was designed based upon feedback from attendees. In general, the response was that they would rather learn about and/or practice one new idea per session vs. learning about many things in one presentation. There are two session formats: 1) Listen and Learn--Presentation including time for participants to practice/apply what is learned in the session. A hands-on activity or online experience should be integrated into the presentation, or 2) Flipped Session (described below). Please select the strand in which your proposed presentation fits.

Flipped Learning In Action (NOTE: This topic requires the presenter to communicate with preregistered session attendees to supply reading and supplemental activities to be complete BEFORE attending the conference. This "Flipped Conference" experience will allow attendees to experience flipped professional learning while more deeply exploring and/or practicing ONE idea, concept, app, website, learning strategy, etc. including an instructional technology component.

* 6. Terms of Presentation:
1. Selected presenters will be provided with a room equipped with a computer, data projector, audio, internet access, and SMART Board (if requested). Presenters will not be permitted to disconnect ideastream owned technology to accommodate personal technology. It is recommended that each presenter intend to link to presentation materials via the internet AND bring a backup on a jump drive, if appropriate.

2. The duration of each presentation will be 50 minutes. A successful presentation will engage the audience and allow at least 15 minutes for application of new skills and audience questions. If you are accepted as a presenter, you agree to honor the audience engagement component. Additionally, you agree present on the topic as described in this application. Content and description of presentation may NOT be modified after acceptance.

3. Presenter agrees to provide a link to any digital presentation materials used in the session. This link is to be provided the day of the conference at check-in. Only those who attend the conference will be provided the list of presentation links.

4. Accepted presenters will receive complimentary registration. Due to the limited capacity of the conference, co-presenters are not being accepted.
