OVERVIEW

Intercultural Development for Equity and Success Labs (IDEAS Lab) is an innovative program designed for faculty, staff and students to engage in a think tank acknowledging campus inequities that may limit student success. This provides an opportunity for our community to develop resolutions regarding these matters in a holistic inclusive manner. IDEAS Labs will be facilitated by community members with expertise in addressing the respective topics. The IDEAS Labs serve as professional development for faculty/staff and leadership development for students.
