Introduction
This work is about helping the Northside community come together to identify challenges that need to be addressed, and solutions that will make a difference now, and for the future. Your input on this survey will be used to identify priorities for our community, and a vision for change. Our goal is to have as many voices heard as possible, especially those directly experiencing the issues faced.
