Thank you for attending the 3rd International Conference on Heart & Brain (ICHB 2016) held in Paris, France on 25-27 February 2016.

1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
