Introduction
The survey aims to better understand what affects ASEAN boards and directors, in particular, how the role of the board has changed over the past 12 months and what will be the important focus areas for boards in 2026 and beyond apart from business performance and outlook. For this year’s study, we hope to also see board effectiveness from the views of those working directly with the board members. From the insights gained, we hope to support boards and directors in the region to stay ahead of trends and challenges.
If you are a board member of a public or privately-owned company, or a C-suite with direct interaction with your board members, we would like to invite you to participate in this survey. Please be assured that your confidentiality will be protected and that we will only analyse the data at an aggregate level.
This survey may take 20 - 30 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your time and contribution to the boards and directors' community.
The survey will be open until 23 March 2026.
