Thank you for attending the 1st World Congress of the World Association of Dual Disorders (WADD) & 5th International Congress of the Spanish Society of Dual Disorders (SEPD) held in Madrid, Spain on March 23-26, 2017.

2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
