This survey is being taken in anticipation of a Parish Synod to be held in the fall of this year. There are three sections to the survey, addressing your experience at Mass, your interest in projects involving the physical plant of our parish and the topics to be discussed at the actual Synod. The results of this survey will be collated by Lynn Cummings Development Consultants, who have been retained to assist with the Synod and the necessary preparations. The results will be publicized in a variety of means including the weekly bulletin and the parish web site.
 
Please complete the survey one time, either in the electronic form online, or the paper and pencil version which is available in the church.
