Fill Out Completely for Each Student

Periods 1-5 are mandatory for all students in regular classes (core academic courses plus Bible).  ALL full-time students, including seniors with afternoon work, must take Bible.  Elective courses cannot be guaranteed, due to class sizes.  Choose an alternate elective that you wish to be placed in if your first choice is not available.  Due to the number of students, we cannot verify elective enrollment until the day of Open House.  Students in self-contained ESE classrooms will have a customized curriculum.  There is no need to indicate a choice of class for these students for the first five periods, as teachers will assist with these choices.  ALL STUDENTS' COURSE SELECTIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE GUIDANCE COUNSELOR BEFORE THEY ARE APPROVED.  A STUDENT MAY NOT REPEAT AN ACADEMIC COURSE FOR CREDIT THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY SUCCESSFULLY EARNED.

NOTE - All textbooks will be PRINT editions this year
