Managing Challenges in DEI in Human Resources How can you attract diverse employees, build an inclusive culture, advance employees of colour and Indigenous employees? (Target audience: HR leaders)

Building Touchpoints for Equity in Higher Education How do you attract diverse students to sustainability classes/programs/majors on campus? How do you create inclusive community and support diverse students in sustainability classes/programs/majors? How do you prepare students for sustainability careers and the workplaces that they may anticipate? (Target audience: Academics, Admissions and Career Centre professionals. We will have 3 separate sessions)

Sharing Power and Privilege as Organizational Leaders How do you manage the tension between meeting organizational objectives & creating an inclusive workplace? How can privilege be shared with others? How is an inclusive culture created? (Target audience: Organizational leaders in sustainability organizations)

The Duty of Diverse Leaders What is the responsibility of BIPOC/BAME senior executives to help the next generation of BIPOC/BAME sustainability professionals? (Target audience: BIPOC/BAME sustainability leaders)

Bridging Socioeconomic Divides in the Sector of Sustainability How do we ensure that it is not only people of means working in sustainability? (Target audience: Sustainability practitioners growing up in disadvantaged circumstances)

Unpacking Stereotypes and Cultural Barriers What stereotypes – positive or negative – do people have about our racial/ethnic group and other social identities? How do these stereotypes show up in our career choices, workplaces, and advancement within the sector? (Target audience: Sustainability practitioners who identify as Black, East/Southeast Asian, Hispanic/Latine, Indigenous, Middle Eastern/North African, Multiethnic, South Asian+ other intersectional identities)

Building Mutual Support as an Ally How can you best show up as an ally for diverse colleagues and community? What prevents you from doing so? (Target audience: White sustainability practitioners)
