Yes, we are asking you to complete another survey. But before you click away, this one won’t ask you a series of complex questions regarding your business finances, it’s about the priorities for your industry association, what you want us to focus on, and what you want the future state IBA to look and feel like.
As an industry representative body, our reason for being is you – our members – so we want to know how well we are serving you and what you want us to prioritise.
