The IAF (International Association of Facilitators) is an international professional association, home for everybody interested in promoting collaborative processes and enabling powerful change. With members in 65 countries, IAF promotes high standards of facilitation practice, offers professional accreditation, supports a global community of practice, advocates for the profession, and celebrates the diversity of facilitators.

Grab your sharpies and sticky notes! 📝 The German IAF Chapter - IAF Germany - is entering its next iteration, and a passionate team of volunteers is building the backlog from scratch.

Our ambition is to create a vibrant, valuable, and sustainable professional community for facilitators in Germany: a place for meaningful peer exchange, professional growth, and stronger visibility of facilitation as a profession.

Whether you’re a lifelong IAF member, a former member, or simply curious about the world of facilitation, your perspective matters and your voice is our north star. Help us co-create a vibrant, sustainable facilitation community right here in Germany. Your feedback will help us understand what the community truly values and where we should focus our time and energy.
