Call for Abstracts for the 3rd Fire-Rescue

New International Special Opportunity

The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) and the Oklahoma State University (OSU) invite researchers from around the world to submit an abstract to be presented at third Fire-Rescue International (FRI) Real-Time Research Symposium. The IAFC and OSU Real-Time Research Symposium (RTRS) is the premier symposium presenting innovations with respect to both theory and practice.

Presentations will include Lessons Learned from the COVID-19 Response and how Real-Time Research was put into action.

RTRS provides a forum for the presentation of high-quality, original research covering all aspects of fire and emergency service research, including theory, design, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and experience. An expansive and inclusive symposium, looking to embrace new and emerging areas of systems research.

This year the FRI-OSU Research Symposium will be held Virtually, on October 19, 2020. The abstract submission process will open on September 1 and close September 21, 2020. Notification of participation will be by September 28, 2020.
