2018-19 Innovation Grant Application SECTION 1: ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION Question Title * 1. Before proceeding, please ensure that your organization and project meet the following eligibility requirements: Eligibility Requirements1. 501(c)3 Designation: Only 501(c)3 organizations are eligible to apply. Grants are not made to individuals. Individual artists may partner with eligible organizations.2. Project Criteria: Projects eligible for an innovation grant must focus on the arts or the artistic process and must result in a community engagement activity, performance, or exhibition in Irving, that is open to the public.3. Final Report Submission: Grantees will be required to submit a final report no later than 60 days from the completion of the funded project. Failure to comply with this requirement will deem grantees ineligible for future funding.4. Grant Workshop Attendance: All applicants are required to attend one grant workshop offered by the Department of Arts and Culture in order to be eligible for funding.5. Cash Match: All awards require a 1:1 cash match (25% of which can be in-kind donations)6. Lead Organization Designation: If the project results from a collaboration, a lead organization which meets all of the above criteria must be selected for the purposes of completing this application.
