MATT MORRIS, BUTLER COUNTY
My name is Matt Morris. In 2004 I graduated from Hawkeye Community College with an Associate’s degree in Horticulture Science. I owned a property management company for 9 years before I accepted a Park Technician job with Butler County Conservation Board in 2012. I am currently working as the Natural Resource Manager for the Butler County Conservation Board.
I have served on the Winterfest committee for 7 years. I am running for Vice President of IACCBE to continue my involvement at the state level. I look forward to serving on the committee in this new role. In my free time I enjoy bow hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my family.

My name is Jim Hanson. I have been with Worth County for 14 years, and served as the Director for the past 8 years. I have served on the Winterfest committee for 9 years. I have served as both the Vice-president and President of the organization; I currently represent the Director’s Association on the committee. I have enjoyed being active at a state wide level and I would look forward to representing the Employee’s Association on the ICCS Board of Directors.
