NJACCHO is pleased to sponsor a series of ICS-300 Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents training sessions for
public health officials and others across New Jersey.
Prerequisites:
-I-100; I-200; I-700 and I-800 classes.
Note that the 1-200 must be from an in-person, classroom session.
If you have not yet met the pre-requisites, they must be completed prior to the first day of the course
These full day (9:00am - 5:00pm), will be held on three separate days.
Sessions will be held:
1. December 3, 10 and 17, 2025 at Middlesex County College, Edison Campus
2. January 16, 23 and 30, 2026 at the Hunterdon County, Route 12 County Complex Assembly Room, Flemington
3. February 5, 12 and 26, 2028 at the Camden County Sustainability Building, Blackwood
This 3-day course is designed to enable personnel to operate efficiently during an incident or event within the Incident Command System (ICS). This course provides training on resources for
personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS).
At the end of the course, you should be able to:
-Describe how the National Incident Management System Command and Management component supports the management of expanding incidents.
-Describe the Incident/Event Management process for supervisors and expanding incidents as prescribed by the ICS.
-Implement the Incident Management process on a simulated Type 3 incident.
-Develop an Incident Action Plan for a simulated incident.
