Welcome to the I-80/Middle Road Master Plan Survey!
The survey is part of a recently launched master planning process for the undeveloped portions of Bettendorf north of Interstate 80 near Middle Road. The City's Comprehensive Plan identifies this area as an important opportunity for future growth, envisioning a mix of residential, commercial, employment, and open space uses.
Building on these efforts, the City is preparing a master plan to establish a more detailed vision for future land use, transportation, infrastructure, and development. Community participation is an essential part of this process. This survey will provide you an opportunity to share your ideas and help shape the vision for the I-80/Middle Road area.
