You shall be paid a stipend and monthly incentive based on your qualification as mentioned below,

1. Diploma : INR 23,400 per month
2. ITI : INR 19,400 per month
3. Graduate : INR 24,950 per month

Apart from Stipend & Incentive the below-mentioned benefits are also applicable to all.
Training Completion bonus INR 16,800 per annum
Joining Kit INR 5,000 worth
Uniforms INR 2,500 [5 T-Shirts, 2 Pants & 1 Shoe]
Company Medical benefits - per year OP: INR 4,000 & IP: INR 50,000
Foundation day gift Applicable as per company Policy
Ayudha Pooja Gift Applicable as per company Policy
Independence day Sweets Applicable as per company Policy
