NAEH wants to understanding how people with lived experience of homelessness, service providers, system leaders, and funders understand and use Housing Problem Solving (HPS). Responses from this survey will guide our efforts to develop and share information and tools to support people in using HPS effectively in efforts to end homelessness.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous unless you choose to share your contact information with us at the end of the survey. You can skip any question or choose to stop participating at any time. Only our team at NAEH will have access to survey responses and responses will be combined before the results of this survey are shared with anyone outside of our team.
