The City of Escalon is preparing an update to its General Plan Housing Element. The Housing Element sets forth the City’s goals and policies related to housing for the 2023-2031 planning period.


Housing issues affect the entire community — residents, employers, and the public and private sectors. The purpose of this survey is to identify any unique housing issues in Escalon and craft solutions that meet the needs of everyone in the community.
