Last year ABTA addressed Guesthouse payments. This year we are focusing specifically on Hotels and the payment challenges that still exist between hotels, their corporate clients and the TMC's that service them.
We're looking for input from Travel Buyers, Hotels and TMC's - to better understand accommodation payment challenges and identify opportunities for improvement across the industry.
