Thank you for your interest in hosting a future InterActivity conference. Completing this survey is the first step in the selection process. The survey gathers basic information about your museum and the surrounding city.
ACM will work with your local Convention and Visitors Bureau to obtain meeting proposals from hotels and/or convention center with a financial package. Once it is determined that there are sufficient sleeping rooms and meeting space, and the financial package is viable, ACM will schedule a site visit to the city and your museum.
Depending on the outcome of the site visit, you will be invited to submit a formal written proposal to host InterActivity. Your proposal and the meeting proposal will be reviewed by the ACM Board of Directors for approval.
Note: A site visit is not a commitment from ACM. Also, ACM business practices mandate a competitive process requiring at least three proposals for any contract awarded by ACM.
