Join the Voice of Hospitality in the Isle of Man! Survey

Business Isle of Man and Visit Isle of Man are seeking expressions of interest from passionate leaders and engaged professionals from the hospitality sector to join the Hospitality Isle of Man Board.

The Board brings together industry voices to spark collaboration, strengthen networks, champion ideas and help address key challenges. Members will work together to propose impactful initiatives, support their delivery and provide valuable feedback to the Department for Enterprise.

The Board meets every two months to review progress and identify fresh opportunities to elevate the Island’s hospitality offering.

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, forward thinking and committed to making a meaningful contribution to our local and visitor economy. Members should be prepared to dedicate between 3 and 5 hours per month to meetings, discussions and collaborative work.

Ideal candidates may include:
-Owners, managers or senior leaders within hospitality.
-Individuals with strong experience in customer experience, marketing, events or destination development.
-People with a desire to innovate, solve problems and champion sector-wide improvement.
