Located in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Houston, Hope Farms is a 7.5-acre urban farm dedicated to improving community health by providing direct access to healthy and affordable fresh fruits and vegetables.  By becoming a Farm Share Member, your support is not only a powerful choice in your own consumption of local, sustainable produce but also creates a deeper impact in the Houston community at-large by supporting Recipe for Success in its mission to foster generations of healthy kids by changing the way we all understand, appreciate and eat our food.

Hope Farms is committed to growing quality, fresh produce year round.  By becoming a Farm Share Member, each week you will receive a share of delicious, seasonal produce grown and harvested directly from the farm. 


Seasonal Membership: $485 per season (13 weeks), includes one complimentary Hope Farms insulated bag.  Two convenient pick up location options for your weekly share.  Season Subscribers must provide active credit card or debit card.

Seasonal Membership with delivery:
$585 per season (13 weeks), includes one complimentary Hope Farms insulated bag and FREE delivery to locations inside loop 610. Season Subscribers must provide active credit card or debit card. 

10% Discounts for Farm-to-Office
, Family or Neighborhood Groups of six or more to one delivery location.

Annual Membership: $2000 for 52 weeks of farm share deliveries, includes one complimentary Hope Farms insulated bag.


Each weekly bag will contain 6 - 10 different varieties of produce and will be able to comfortably feed a family of four. Splitting the payment for one share with a friend or co-worker is also a great option available to all members, though delivery is made to one address.

SPRING: April 3, 2018, to June 26, 2018
SUMMER: July 3, 2018, to September 25, 2018 (FULL - WAITLIST ONLY)
FALL: October 2, 2018, to December 26, 2018 
WINTER: January 2, 2019, to March 26, 2019

ANNUAL: $2000 - Year Round subscription that includes 52-weeks of produce (from date of paid reservation), which is a discounted rate compared to a Seasonal Subscription.

Since 2005 Recipe for Success Foundation has worked to combat childhood obesity by changing the way our children understand, appreciate and eat their food, and by educating and mobilizing the community to provide healthier diets for children. Its programs have empowered more than 35,000 youth with the knowledge and skills to make a lifetime of healthy eating decisions.  Through efforts—including the nationally offered Seed-to-Plate Nutrition Education™, Farmers MarKIDS™ curriculum, Eat It! Food Adventures children's cookbooks, the VegOut! 30 Ways in 30 Days Challenge and Hope Farms™, the Foundation aims to make healthy food appealing and available to everyone. In addition to promoting local, sustainable agriculture the farm also offers:
  • On-Site Farm Stand open every Saturday morning from 8-noon, offering special "Neighbor Prices" for seasonal produce, eggs and honey
  • A regular schedule of Cooking and Gardening Classes for Adults and Children
  • Year-long training Scholarships for Military Veterans to become new Urban Farmers
  • S.P.I.C.E. Guild Memberships for Volunteers
  • Open Farm Days and Events, including the Earth Day Family Festival & Picnic
  • Chefs in the Field Seasonal Suppers (2018 dates are April 22, June 24, September 30 & November 11
  • Robust Children's Programming, including: Field Trips for School Groups; Summer Camp for kids 8 - 12; Special Programs for Middle and High-School Students; Scout Journeys and Patches.
