Please use this virtual comment card to share your feedback on the City of Homer's Title 21 Zoning Code.

The City of Homer is revising its zoning policies, found in Title 21 of the City Code.

Zoning code governs how land in a municipality is used or developed, where and how buildings are sited, and establishes other rules related to how properties function. Zoning and the zoning map are tools used for achieving the intent set by the comprehensive plan and goals set in the Future Land Use Map. A well-written code provides staff with the tools to effectively regulate development, protect and enhance the community, and clearly communicate the requirements/procedures to applicants and community members.

Use this comment card to share your ideas and thoughts on how Homer's zoning code is working today and what the future zoning code should look like. All questions are optional.
