CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NOMINATION!
The Hollman Family Foundation & Hollman Inc. are looking for a deserving high school to transform their athletic locker rooms! Hollman Inc has manufactured lockers for some of the top collegiate and professional sports teams in the industry including; Chicago Bears, Dallas Mavericks, Washington Nationals, Auburn University, and Texas A&M University, just to name a few.

HOW TO ENTER:
STEP 1: COMPLETE THE ACCEPTANCE FORM
Complete the nomination acceptance form so that we have the correct school & contact information

STEP 2: SUBMIT A VIDEO & SUBMIT PHOTOS
Submit a Video taking us on a tour of your current locker room. Tell us a little bit about your school and your community. We want to get to know the personality of the teams and students! Please provide testimonials from at least 1-2 students, coaches and/or teachers. The video can be up to maximum of 3 minutes.

To submit the video, include a video link on the application via YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive or Dropbox
Please follow these guidelines:
• If using a phone for your video, please hold the phone horizontally the entire time, as this gives us the best and fullest frame.
• Creativity, humor and heart are an added bonus for the video. This is your time to really showcase your community, school and why your school deserves new lockers!
• Make sure your lighting and sound are good so that we can properly see and hear you. For indoor shots, please make sure the room is well-lit.

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED:
Hollman will select the top 3 nominees and announce the finalists on May 5 2021. At that time open voting will begin for the nation to vote on their favorite and most deserving high school. Good Luck!
