2016 Needs Assessment

Thank you for taking the time to participate in Allegany County's Community Survey regarding Heroin and Opioid Prevention, Treatment and Recovery. Your opinion and feedback is confidential and important as Ardent Solutions collaborates with local agencies and service providers interested in improving our healthcare system, preventative services, and recovery support system. 

Your answers will be tabulated with others who complete this survey and used to inform policy makers and key stakeholders on the needs of those facing addiction to heroin or opioids living in Allegany County, strategies that are helpful for recovery, and identifying gaps in service in the current healthcare system. Your responses will help inform those providing services what is working well and where improvements should be made. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes.

  I don't believe it is a problem at all I believe it is an isolated and rare problem impacting a few I believe it is a moderate problem I believe it is a major problem impacting many I am not sure how severe the heroin and opioid problem is
