Obsidian Art is inviting artists and makers to exhibit with us at Henley Business School from 1st to 3rd May 2027 as part of Henley Arts Trail.
Please note that you, or a representative, must be available to set up in the evening on Friday 30th April, and to staff the exhibition throughout (10am to 5pm from Saturday 1st May to Monday 3rd May).

Henley Arts Trail attracts 30,000+ visitors across 36 venues. This year we’re expanding our flagship venue at Henley Business School to include two further spaces in the main house.
We’re inviting 10-12 more makers & artists to exhibit and sell for the weekend.

Henley Arts Trail Exhibition at Henley Business School – 1st to 3rd May 2027
We are inviting entries from artists, craftspeople, fashion and textile artists who would like to exhibit with as part of Henley Arts Trail at The Greenlands Campus of Henley Business School from 1st to 3rd May 2027
Following on from the hugely successful exhibition at this year’s Henley Arts Trail, we are delighted to be able to invite artists to take part in the exhibition in 2027. One of the most popular venues, our exhibition at the Business School this year received one of the highest footfall figures over the 3 day exhibition, and the majority of participating artists saw sales well in excess of £1,000.
This year we are expanding the exhibition to include an additional section in the Main House and are looking for high quality, skilled craftspeople and independent designers to join us.
The entry fee is £150. There is also a 15% commission charge to cover administration, sales processing and marketing costs (as well as henley Arts Trail local marketing we will also be promoting the show more widely to our email list of over 6,000 and via our social media).
Exhibitors must be available to set up the exhibition in the evening on Friday 30th April and to staff the exhibition throughout (1st to 3rd May 10am to 5pm daily).
This is a selling exhibition - all work exhibited must be for sale.
There is no fee to put in a submission, but if accepted there is an entry fee to take part of £145 to cover the Henley Arts Trail entry fee and the venue hire costs. There is also a 15% commission charge to cover administration, sales processing and marketing costs (as well as Henley Arts Trail local marketing we will also be promoting the show more widely to our email list of over 6,000 and via our social media).
Your name, an image of your work, and brief artist details will be included on the Henley Arts Trail website.
We welcome entries in any medium – 2d or 3d – including paintings, drawings, printmaking, sculpture, textiles, wood, ceramic, glass, jewellery, furniture etc.
We aim to notify you as soon as possible whether your work is accepted for the exhibition. If you haven't heard from us after 10 days please do email trisha@obsidianart.co.uk to check that we have received your entry.
