Heart of Teesdale is a Landscape Partnership Scheme funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF). The scheme aims to conserve, enhance and maintain the area's special character and to enable people to enjoy and learn about its heritage. HLF funding comes to an end in mid 2016 and we have been asked to conduct an evaluation of what the scheme has achieved for heritage and for people in the area.

We would be really grateful to have your views about what the Scheme has - and hasn't - achieved, its successes and failures, its strengths and weaknesses particularly in relation to the long-term benefits to heritage and for people. Your views will feed in to our Final Evaluation Report to HLF and will also contribute to planning for scheme's legacy .

You can complete the questionnaire anonymously or at the end of the questionnaire we give you the opportunity to supply your contact details if you would like us to contact you by telephone to follow this up with a short interview.  We also provide our own contact details in case you would like to contact us separately.

Most pages have 'choice' buttons and also spaces for you to write in your views. We'll be really interested in whatever you are able to tell us.  If you think a section doesn't apply to you you can click the 'next' button to go on to the next page.  When you get to the end of the survey please click the 'done' button to enter your response.

All information will be treated in confidence.
