Effective July 1, 2022, the law requires regional centers (RCs) to implement final hearing decisions within 30 days. If the RC can’t implement a final hearing decision within 30 days, they must send you a letter explaining why and letting you know when the final hearing decision will be implemented.

Informal agreements and mediation agreements should also be implemented timely. Please complete the form below to request help implementing an agreement or final hearing decision. This form goes directly to DDS, so staff can follow-up with you. It does not go to your regional center.
