KC Healthy Kids recognizes the coronavirus outbreak is impacting children and families in our communities. Through this online survey, we will collect information on how individuals are being impacted to learn what resources are needed most. We will use the results of this survey in grant proposals to local, state and federal funders. We will also use this information to connect you to a Healthy Kids Bright Futures Community Navigator to assist you in your critical needs.
