About this survey

Thank you for taking part in the Healthy Homes Check survey.

Damp and mould are major health risks and contribute to unsustainable repair costs in social housing - up 55% between 2020 and 2024, to £8.8bn. We think proactive, planned and preventative maintenance could reduce both the impact on residents and the cost to landlords. We're testing this theory and need your input.

This short questionnaire is designed to track the views of social housing providers on these issues.

Your views are anonymous (unless you choose to provide your details at the end of the survey), and the aggregated results from this questionnaire will only be used to inform Sureserve's report on new solutions to tackling damp and mould, to be launched at the House of Lords in March 2026.

For any questions about this survey, or to request a copy of the completed report and invitation to the launch event, please contact Andrew Tod - andrew.tod@sureserve.co.uk.
