Nominate an individual, business or organization for a Healthy Hall Award of Excellence by completing this survey. Nominees must be located in the Greater Hall area. Nomination deadline is 4pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Awards will be presented at the 6th Annual Healthcare Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
