The Dutchess County Department of Health is excited to invite organizations and individuals to apply as exhibitors for the Dutchess County Health Fair, taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Dutchess Community College – Falcon Hall.

We will offer both indoor and outdoor spaces for exhibitors featuring interactive booths or displays. This is a free event for participants and the community!

Fill out the application below. Once submitted, applications will be reviewed, and selected exhibitors will receive additional details.

Important Dates & Requirements:

Application Deadline: Tentatively March 20, 2026
Exhibitor Notice of Acceptance: Tentatively March 30-April 3rd
Certificate of Insurance & Liability Waivers: Once accepted, Exhibitors will need to send by April 17, 2026
Set-Up: Friday, May 1, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (limited flexibility; special requests can be discussed)
Event: Saturday, May 2. Exhibitor Check-in 10am. Event 11am-2pm. Teardown: 2-3pm.

Please note: Due to space limitations, we can accommodate approximately 75 exhibits.

Applications from multi-level marketing organizations or product-based sales businesses will not be considered.

In order to participate, Exhibitors will need to complete and submit a certificate of insurance before April 17th.

ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE DUTCHESS COUNTY HEALTH FAIR SCHEDULED FOR MAY 2, 2026 AT THE DUTCHESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE AT FALCON HALL.

_________________________________________________________ agrees to list the County of Dutchess and Dutchess Community College as additional insureds on the general liability, automobile liability and umbrella/excess liability policies (if such coverage is required) in connection with the Dutchess County Health Fair on MAY 2, 2026 at the Dutchess Community College at Falcon Hall.
