The IHVB is thrilled to partner with Global Travel Marketplace in showcasing the Island of Hawaii to you and your colleagues. If you would like to be considered for one of the available spots we’d greatly appreciate your kokua (assistance) by completing this application form.
IMPORTANT: This FAM is only being offered to past GTM attendees. If you are selected, you will need to return a signed contract within 72 hours of acceptance.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:
Acceptance includes a $300 US air credit, single hotel accommodations at host hotels, meals and activities during the event. NOTE: Gratuities for all events, activities and transportation will be included. Personal gratuities such as bellman, etc will be at participant's expense. Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended. ACTIVITIES & CONDUCT: Full participation in ALL planned activities and excursions is REQUIRED and some excursions include active elements. Deviation from the itinerary is not permitted. Therefore, to enjoy the trip as intended, a minimum level of fitness is required. IHVB will require notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to him or herself or to other members of the group. IHVB reserves the right to decline acceptance of anyone whom it considers unsuitable due to fitness level. IHVB also reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant's own expense, anyone whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour.
Qualified applicants will be chosen based on a number of criteria. Qualified applicants will be contacted ASAP if they are accepted to participate in this event.
