Opioid Settlement Funding Survey 2025

The Town of Hatfield will receive over $125,000 over the next ten years through the Massachusetts Statewide Opioid Settlement, which can be used on state-approved strategies to address opioid addiction related issues. Allowable uses include supporting treatment and recovery efforts, addressing the needs of criminal justice involved persons, and expanding opioid use prevention programs.

There are seven main categories the Town can use its opioid mitigation funds on. Please answer the following questions about each category.

This survey is anonymous and will be used to meet funding planning requirements. No personally identifiable information is collected and individual answers will be combined with those of other participants for aggregated data that will be used for analysis.
Category 1: Opioid Use Disorder Treatment
Expand treatment options to bring services directly to people who need them, to help treat trauma among individuals who use or are addicted to opioids and their family, or help support withdrawal management services.

How helpful do you think this category of services would be for the Hatfield community?
