Hartford Region Civic Analyses

The Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity & Opportunity (CWCSEO) is conducting a landscape analysis of civic deserts across the Hartford Region administered through a survey questionnaire. The survey questionnaire is meant for residents within the Hartford Region ages 18 through 67. The purpose of this survey is to enable us to create new ways for Connecticut residents to engage in our democracy and its institutions. The information gathered from the survey will help inform our educational outreach, community and legislative training on racial equity and REIS’s, and a model racial equity tool to be used in the Connecticut state legislature, among other activities.

The survey will be administered online and will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. It will remain anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected. Your participation is voluntary. You may decide not to participate at all or, if you start the survey, you may withdraw at any time.

The results will be presented to the CWCSEO and then made available to the community through a series of presentations.
