Harris County and a partnership of 37 local governments in the Greater Harris County area have recently completed a 14-month planning effort to update the Harris County Hazard Mitigation plan. This plan is comprised of 2 volumes, where volume 1 contains all information relevant to the planning area and planning process, and Volume 2 includes all information that is jurisdiction specific.
