The 2024 HAMILTON SENIORS MONTH CALENDAR OF EVENTS promotes participation among older adults, sharing opportunities for those 55+ to JOIN IN and GET INVOLVED in social and recreational programs and activities available throughout greater Hamilton!

You can also submit this survey to express interest in setting up an exhibit at the HCoA 5km Walk4Health taking place on Saturday, June 1 at T.B. McQuesten Park.
