Giveaway Terms and Conditions
By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and currently enrolled as a student at a college or university located in Sarasota, Manatee, or Charlotte County, Florida. Employees of Hale Law, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as Hale Law employees are not eligible to enter or win.
Proof of Enrollment: Winners may be required to provide proof of current college enrollment prior to receiving their prize. Acceptable documentation may include a valid student ID, class schedule, tuition receipt, or other official documentation from the college or university. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of enrollment may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Prize Pickup: All winners must pick up their prize in person at Hale Law's Sarasota location. Prizes will not be shipped or delivered.
Prize Details: Actual prize items may differ from any images shown in promotional materials. Hale Law reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or comparable value at its sole discretion.
Marketing and Promotional Rights: By entering, participants grant Hale Law permission to use their submitted information, name, likeness, photo, and any related content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all media channels without additional compensation or notification. Hale Law retains full control over all public relations, marketing, and promotional use related to this giveaway.
Modifications: Hale Law reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway, or to amend these terms and conditions, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Liability: Hale Law assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, or harm of any kind arising from the use, misuse, possession, or operation of any prize awarded in this giveaway. Winners accept all prizes "as is" and assume all risks associated with their use.
Agreement: By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
