RBCF's Haircut for the Homeless Pop-Up is a one-day event that provides grooming services to children and adults in Anne Arundel County who are currently experiencing homelessness! The event date is March 28, 2020, at Annapolis High School 2700 Riva Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401. Event time is 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM.
