The Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation (Hague CAA) is the leading global specialist arbitration and mediation institution dedicated solely to the aviation sector.
This survey will gather insights from across the aviation market on the nature of aviation disputes, how they are currently being resolved and the emerging challenges and trends in their resolution.
The questionnaire is divided into three parts and will take no more than a total of 5 minutes to complete. All information provided will be treated as strictly confidential and disaggregated from any personal data provided.
The results will be published in a report. We will be pleased to share the results and report with respondents and to discuss them in a follow up call.
