The Construction Law Committee is exploring the development of an intermediate level, topical, and skills-based practicum for CLE credit (including board certification credit). The program will be held in-person, is expected to offer approximately 5 CLE credits, and is anticipated to take place in May 2027. Please take a moment to respond to this survey regarding the content of this program and whether you would be willing to volunteer. The skills-based practicum would be geared toward the practitioner with 3-10 years’ experience, would be part lecture, and part hypothetical fact pattern. We will seek experienced practitioners to teach the course and work with attendees in working through the fact pattern.
