2026 Georgetown Congressional Operations Seminar Application

We welcome your application for the Georgetown Congressional Operations Seminar, sponsored by the Government Affairs Institute at Georgetown University, Washington, DC. This award provides funding for current dues-paying COA member(s) in the USPHS Commissioned Corps (Active Duty, Ready Reserves, or Veterans). The course will be held in person from December 7-10, 2026. The COF will cover tuition and fees associated with the program as well as travel and per diem for attendees.
