2017 Albany Art Department Parent Survey

In this survey, we are interested in learning more about your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes towards your child's school experience with the City School District of Albany Visual Art program.

When answering these questions, please consider your child's current experience at school.

As such, please be as honest as possible - there are no right or wrong answers.
Because different children often have different experiences in the same school, please complete this survey once per child.

We will be using the data collected from this survey to help drive our future decision-making for the Art program. Thank you for your commitment to your child(ren) within the City School District of Albany and your support of our district's Art Program.
