About the survey:
The survey will take around 30-40 minutes to complete. If you close your survey and later re-open the emailed link on the same device, your answers will still be saved. This means you can take the time you need to complete the survey. You can choose to answer every question, or just those relevant to you.

Please note that this survey is not anonymous.

In the first section of the survey we will ask for your contact details so that we can contact you if we have any questions about your responses. We also want to ensure that we receive feedback from a range of stakeholders.

The information you provide in this survey will be used:
•  to inform changes to the draft Aboriginal Languages Trust Strategic Plan;
•  to meet legislative responsibilities and requirements such as those under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW); and
•  for monitoring, evaluation and improvement of the Aboriginal Languages Trust and Aboriginal Affairs NSW programs.

If you’d like to talk to someone about the draft Strategic Plan or this survey, you can contact a Aboriginal Languages Trust staff member by calling 1300 036 406 (9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday) or by emailing info@alt.nsw.gov.au.
