MGI Research, a leading independent industry research firm, is conducting an in-depth study of companies that excel at managing corporate transformational milestones – i.e., mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), spin-offs and divestitures, and going-private transactions. We are seeking to identify broad characteristics that separate the organizations that lead in transformational excellence from the average. This includes looking at best practices, metrics and benchmarks, technology tools, strategies, and staffing decisions. As part of the TES, we are running a survey that gathers inputs from CXO and other senior corporate leaders in finance, corporate development, information technology, and human resources. We would greatly appreciate 10-15 minutes of your time to get your point of view. Individual survey responses and your identity will remain confidential. The results will be presented only in an aggregated, anonymized fashion. We will share the executive summary of the results and top-line analysis with survey participants who provide their contact details.
