Automotive News Rising Stars is an annual program recognizing North American automotive executives in middle and upper management who are likely to grow in influence and prominence, together with the companies who are nurturing that future leadership talent.

Rising Stars honors auto executives who are young, entrepreneurial-minded and possess the skills and talent needed to become industry leaders of tomorrow.

Who can become a Rising Star?

A candidate may nominate him/herself or be nominated by a colleague, manager or mentor via this website. To qualify, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience, and be 45 years of age or younger on January 1, 2017. The deadline for nominations is December 16, 2016.
