180-Day Graduate Follow-Up Survey for Allied Health: Summer 2018, Fall 2018, Spring 2019

Congratulations on completing one or more certificates and/or degree programs at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC)! Six months after EACH semester in which you are awarded a CT, AAS, or ASN degree we are required to ask that you complete this survey. Please take a moment to help us evaluate how well OTC is achieving its mission. Answer all questions as completely as possible. Individual responses will be held in confidence; however, a summary of the responses will be compiled for evaluation purposes.
